The interview process was lengthy and, in total, had five steps that took about six weeks to complete. However, the process gave me a robust sense of the job and whether I believed my skills would be a good fit. Though stressful at times, I genuinely appreciated the attention to detail offered in the process and the respect for my time and skills.

There were 2 Human Resource interviews, a director / manager interview, 2 group panel interviews and a writing exercise. These were stretched out over the course of three weeks. It felt like longer!
