      An HR contacted me by email to schedule a phone interview. Most ridiculous interview I've ever had. She asked me 2 question during all the interview and they were not even related to my skill set.

      The first step was a phone interview where you need to present yourself and why you applied for the job. Aftwerwards I had to pass an online test. Once successful I had a 60 mins interview with the support manager.

      The process was long enough for both of us to get a sense of our capability. I felt there was an authenticity to the people I spoke with. I would recommend anyone who is curious about the company to just make the application. You'll find that each team is different and you can't be certain until you meet.
