The interview process was cut in three major steps : - A phone call with HR to assess my ability to understand and speak in english, with some few questions - A survey to gather some informations about how I would deal with some Lightspeed's context situations and how I handled some former professional situations - An interview with two team leaders to further complete my profile and to clearly explain the job
