Straight to the point, they want you to have experience with children and have experience de escalating mal adaptive behaviors. The interview consisted of standard interview questions such as job history are you an RBT and experience with autism

Interview
The interview process consists of two stages. The first is a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview at the clinic. During the in-person portion, you will have the opportunity to shadow a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as they work with a client. This allows you to become familiar with the role and daily responsibilities of an RBT. After approximately 30 minutes of shadowing, you will participate in a one-on-one interview where you will be asked a combination of situational and general questions.
