I was contacted by a third party recruiter for this role and gave me brief about the company. It took around 2 weeks to schedule the first round with CTO of the company and it was a general conversation regarding my skills and experience, I got selected for the second round after another 2 weeks with 2 senior technical people from the team and also CTO for in-depth technical questions. After a week I was told by the recruiter that I have been selected for this role, discussed salary and joining date. And asked me just to wait for the offer letter as they are dealing with official paper work. In the meantime I shared all the details to the recruiter and waited for the offer letter. After few days I was communicated that they are very happy to have you in the team and discussing salary again with the CFO. I again waited patiently. After 2 weeks I was contacted again by the recruiter that the CFO has problems with the salary budget and doesn't want to take you any further. It took 6 weeks of the process to the company to understand that they don't have the budget and that too keeping the candidate in the middle without any communication. Please stay away from this company, you will be wasting your time and resources. The management is just a mess and they seem to waste everyone's time and efforts instead of putting their decision clearly.
