For a role at this level, where the successful candidate would be expected to provide executive support to senior leaders, I found the initial screening process disappointing.
I progressed to screening stages with the Talent Team, but the experience was frustrating due to communication challenges. Some questions I raised about the role could not be answered, and the combination of unclear communication, poor audio quality during both phone and Teams calls, and limited knowledge of the role made it difficult to get a clear understanding of the opportunity.
A more structured screening process, with recruiters fully briefed on the role and able to answer candidate questions, would have provided a much better experience.
