I appreciated how the recruiter spoke with genuine enthusiasm about Lifemark’s mission of helping people achieve “movement to a better life” and how different teams collaborate to support patient care and wellness across the organization.
Overall, the interview was conversational and focused on both technical experience and how candidates align with the organization’s values and collaborative culture. Even though I did not receive an offer, the experience was positive and gave good insight into the company’s mission-driven healthcare environment.
