Applied through their website. I was then contacted to sign up for an interview slot. I signed up for an interview date and time on the website. The interview was strictly behavioral. I heard back about a week or so later. The interviewers recognize this is most peoples first interview experience and thus were very friendly and tried to make it as comfortable as possible.
