The interview process took about 20 minutes. They asked me about my experience as well as a few more "google-able" interview questions. If you come in with a belt on your pants, and possibly a tie, and speak fluent English, and can walk without much difficulty, you're almost guaranteed the job. I believe the only way to not get the job, from my experience with this process, is to look your interviewer in the eye and constantly insult them.
