      Patient Access Representative Interview

      Application

I interviewed at LifeBridge Health (Baltimore, MD)

      Interview

The process was quick. I applied and received a call from the recruiter. I was asked my avaliablity and received an invitation about two days after. The recruiter was honest and to the point. My interviewer was the manager — loved her energy, she was great. She made you feel welcomed, and I enjoyed that since interviews are stressful.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to ignore the chain of command (meaning, when was a time you had to go straight to the highest ranking to resolve an issue). They also asked me about a time I dealt with a difficult patient and what did I do.
