      Administrative Interview

      11 Feb 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LifeArc

      Interview

Screener with external recruiter then after my CV was reviewed, was put forward for a Teams interview with internal recruiter. The questions focused more on the size of the various companies I had worked at, than my experience. Recruiter commented during our interview that my lack of an American 'twang' was a 'good thing' after living there for X years raised a significant red flag concerning unconscious bias within the team culture. External recruiter failed to respond to numerous follow ups after a week and half so withdrew myself from process.
