Interview
The interview process is a 2 step interview involving one with the operations team leader and club general manager. The questions are fairly simple and easy to answer and the likelihood of being hired is very high.

How was customer service been displayed by you in previous roles you have worked?
It's more of a personal interview, make sure you know their mission statement and vision before the interview. The application process was easy, online, and the interview was over Microsoft teams. Took no more than 30 minutes.
