Interview
We met in the cafe it was a very casual interview, kind of a get to know you sort of thing. Once you passed that you have to do a physical swimming portion as well as memories the lifetime motto and rephrase it to the head of the location.

The interview process was extensive even for entry level positions in the company. They really make sure the candidates are representatives of the company and brand. More than one interview will mot likely take place.

One on one. Asked a series of questions about previous experience and self qualities. Then Interviewed with the Gm of company had to rcite mission statement. From then on I went on to training.

Online application. First meeting was a formal interview with aquatics department manager. Interview included current certifications, general questions, (most recent accomplishment).
Second meeting with general manager. Very similar to first interview.
