I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Rochester Hills, MI) in May 2014
Interview
The initial interview consisted of getting to know more about the job itself and the little details, while also getting the chance to let them know more about yourself as well. There were a few situational questions, but for the most part it was quite laid back. If you get passed the initial interview you will be invited to do a live audition that evaluates how well you do when leading summer camp activities with children. After the live audition you will have a final interview with the GM where you answer questions justifying your qualifications and why you deserve to be there along with your passion for the job and the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The job can get hectic at times when looking over a group of 10 children. How do you think you will cope with the situation when times get crazy?
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
Two step interview process with clear easy questions. Genuinely seems like they just want to get to know your personality. In the second interview, they ask you to recite the LifeTime motto and give you the job offer.
