Interview
I received an email asking for me for my availability and five screening questions. I emailed back and asked to come in for an interview. The interview was simple with predetermined questions. It was insinuated that I may struggle in the role because I have kids and would have to work holidays and weekends. I was given positive feedback and told I would hear back the next week, I still have never heard but checked my application in the portal and it shows I am no longer in consideration for the role. I never received any type of communication from the hiring manager or the system to let me know that I was rejected.

Are you familiar with the mission statement of Life Time?
2 part interview, hired upon second interview Required memorizing mission statement for second interview. Preprepared questions from corporate- questions like when did you go above and beyond, or how do you work in a team, etc.

Interview
Process was streamline and straightforward. Get to know role and management well. Questions were about personality and how to handle situations during job. Communication was fast and concise. Training was hands on.
