Very good recruiter, very clear communication. Was asked a question I couldn't figure out, it was a search question concealed in a very global use case question. I received a phone call from the recruiter with feedback instead of just getting a rejection email, something that is pretty rare.

Search question, questions about my past experiences.
They ask you to send them a list of potential clients after the first round interview. I did not do the assignment, because I found it off putting, and they reached out to me three weeks later again asking “can you compile a list of property groups (owners, property groups, property managers) that you have a strong relationship with, or individual property addresses themselves?” No, obviously I am not going to send you a list of potential clients prior to hire.
