The interview process was well-organized and transparent, with timely communication from both the recruiter and internal team members. Overall, Life Science Connect seems like a company with a strong vision and a thoughtful approach to hiring. The process was engaging and provided good insight into both the challenges and opportunities in the role.

First interview was by a screener. Next came an DICE assessment, followed by a 2-hour interview during which I was given 12 minutes to do math and word problems. After, I was asked to write an 700-900 word essay. Asked a million questions. Received a current rejection for my efforts.
