First round was so easy but second round they asked only personal details. And I didn't recieve any offer letters. I felt it is a below average interview. I still wonder on what basis they select people to work. I also heard many negative reviews about this company.

They will send a mail or they will going to call you. Face to face interview with super easy questions about yourself and not that much for experience and pharmaceuticals. They will tell you same day if you’re hired or not. Some others will take weeks for them to reply.
