I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Life Enriching Communities (Cincinnati, OH) in Jul 2018
Interview
The manager was very willing to work around my schedule at the job I already had. I had one interview with the head of HR, an interview with 2 members of the HR team, and finally an interview/meeting with the CFO. Overall it was painless and a positive experience. Everyone made me feel very at ease.

Interview
I eventually interviewed with the CEO. The process he used was incredibly slow, deliberative and seemed poorly conceived. He said he was following some process but through it he was vague as to what qualities he wanted and skill sets he was seeking. It was conversational but somehow awkward. There were some pretty good people around him he had me speak with as well. It was clear in the interview that they didn't seem to have much direction from leadership - it seemed like their questions were based on what they thought the Executive Director might need with no coordination between them and that they were guessing what the CEO was looking for. Intelligent, good questions were asked but they seemed to be without direction or purpose. Hopefully there is a better process in place now.
