I liked it very much. They were very attentive to all of my questions, and they were very friendly. Even though I didn’t get the job, probably due to my lack of experience, it was a good experience, and I will probably apply to another location of Lidl in the future.

The interview was straightforward and professional. The manager asked about my work experience, language knowledge, flexibility, and documents. They explained responsibilities clearly and made me feel comfortable, which helped me understand expectations for this role

How well can you communicate with customers in Bulgarian?
The interviewer asked about my backgorund and past experiences and was very easy, got the job but rejected because had better options. Now I'm a cashier at Burger King and earning last but at least, it tastes as king.
The interview was very fast and professional. I applied online, they called me for a short meeting, and we discussed my availability and previous experience in retail. Everything was very clear.
