It was a sort of 3 hour long assessment center with a total of 7 participants beginning with a general introduction into the company and the role as well as a short Q&A. Following each participant was called individually for a ca. 20 min interview with the two hiring managers. As this was going on 3 tests had to be completed which were more or less straight forwards - 1 maths test, 1 detail oriented test and 1 priority test.
