Completed online application where you provide examples to several different skills and how u meet the skills, as well submitting a CV. Following this, invited to complete online verbal & numerical tests as well as two questionnaires.(focus on correct answers in the tests, you wont have enough time to complete it all.) Following this I was invited to an assessment centre at Nutts Corner. 4 hr assessment including brief presentation by staff followed by a 30min i/v (competency) & 20min role play(you are the area manager and you have to deal with a store manager....he/she has missed a few days in the last month with no explanation/made a derogatory comment about s staff members home country/lady slipped in store.....don't jump to any conclusions with the info your given. In between the I/v & role play you are completing a lengthy questionnaire about why you want the role etc. Tip....eat before u go, its a long day.

Ho fatto più volte la selezione, test colloquio conoscitivo e poi sono spariti, candidata molte volte per diverse posizioni ma non hanno dato mai una risposta dopo la call, ritengo una azienda molto serie e strutturata e speravo in una tempistica e modalità di risposta diversa
