Incredibly long process due to the creation of a pool. Started with the language requirements. Then passed the panel interview via zoom. i got the questions 30 mins in advance. They were generally pertinent and easy to answer. The people conducting the interview were friendly and interested and I enjoyed getting to know them. Several months later, I got a written test regarding the legislative procedure, before being accepted into the pool. I then passed a zoom interview with the managers, and then had a one-on-one phone interview with the most senior. While I liked interacting with the library staff and librarians, I found the HR representative to be very difficult to reach, and unhelpful at times. The process took a year.
