Applied through usajobs and got an interview. I heard back a couple of weeks later with a decision. Very kind people but I just wasn't the right fit for the role.
They ask all of the questions that are listed in the essays you have to submit. There are usually 3-4 people on the panel who take turns to ask questions.

One zoom interview with three people present. Asked the same exact questions as the written application and wanted me to use the STAR method. It took about 60 minutes with me asking 3 questions at the end.
