Interview
You go through the first interview as a one-way process, where you have 3 minutes to formulate an answer once presented a question on the screen. Then, two months later, there is a second interview with LG HR. Then, if you proceed, you get a third interview with the specific subsidiary/department you have been selected for. Each interview gets more difficult.

Short chatbot video interview with questions (around 5') and online interviews with 1-2 employees from the company (hr and the team I applied to). The interviews were not very hard.

Interview
Three Interviews. One sparkhire interview with 3 questions. Another interview with HR. And last interview with a representative of the placement you get. The first two are mostly behavioural, while the last is a mix of behavioural and company-specific questions.
