This review is about the online screening process/tests that are given after you apply online. One section was basic math/discount percentage calculations. I recommend knowing just how to calculate discounts as there seemed to be lots of questions surrounding that. Another section asked comprehension questions - testing your vocabulary and what your response would be to a coworker or customer if asked a particular question, which was easy. Last section I found challenging - a multi-tasking test that showed business problems on one side of the screen, then emails and voice mails coming in frequently on the other side, followed by questions on the emails and voice mails you just received. Measures ability to switch back and forth between tasks and your short term memory I presume. My advice, if you are able, is to read the questions before reading the emails - it will help you pick out the correct answers in the voice and emails. Otherwise, there are too many details to recall quickly. Haven't head back from them yet, but hope to.
