Filled out application on libertmutual.com, received email from recruiter 2 days later. Phone interview same week. Passed me on to a face to face interview that next week. Face to face was with the hiring manager plus another supervisor. Interview were basic behavioral questions with an emphasis on coaching. Overall great experience
