I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Nov 2022
Interview
Process was very long and drawn out (2-3 months total), with 6+ (honestly I can't remember how many I had) interviews. Each one was 30 minutes, each one was the exact same format (behavioral). Everyone was super nice (one woman had an aura of superiority to her, so I dodged that bullet). My only true gripe is, given how basic this position is, it seemed a little too much to speak with so many people. Most of them didn't even really want to be on the call. I just think given how entry level this position appeared to be, there isn't a need to speak with 6+ people. The position called to be competent in Excel, not be a rocket scientist.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time you disagreed with a co-worker. Tell me about a time you collaborated with other teams. Why Liberty Mutual? A time you presented to stakeholders, etc. Extremely basic stuff.
