Phone interview followed by in person, call shadow. Took about 1 hour. Sit with team lead to see sales style. Overall a nice process. You also write a response to a customer. Smooth
The interview was probably one of the worst interviews I have ever had. It was over the phone. The interviewer called and had a very thick accent which was hard to understand. Her line had a lot of static and it sounded like there was a fan blowing through the line. She had to hang up and call me back and the connection was still pretty
