Very smooth process. I had a phone interview first and once I got through that they scheduled a face to face interview. However, because I was out of town I did another phone interview with two other people.

Multiple interviews with various different levels of management teams. Cut and dry process which seemed to flow well. From time of application to date of offer was a relatively quick turnaround. Be ready to answer specific answers to how you have handled different situations in the past.
