The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Mar 2011
Interview
There are several steps to the interview process. First, there is a resume collection, either through a campus recruiting agency or through the Liberty Mutual website. That is followed by a critical thinking assessment, and then two rounds of interviews.
I applied to several jobs during my senior year of college, and all of them had a hiring process that was at least as complicated. Overall, the process with Liberty was quick and relatively painless. Everyone I interacted with--even managers who were interviewing me--were very nice.
Now, I've been working for Liberty for about two months and I'm absolutely loving it. The work involves reasonable hours and lots of opportunities to think critically. If you have a good idea for how to solve a problem, you'll always have the opportunity to convince your coworkers and managers that you're right. That doesn't happen in very many contexts. The group of people who work in CS&R are awesome, fun young people who all get along, creating a really relaxed work environment.

Interview
first round- case interview
second round- 2 case interviews and office tour- didn't make it to 3rd which is an indicator of if you got an offer. Interviews are with MD and are similar to McKinsey style case questions as you must be able to drive a case forward and are comfortable with ambiguity.

Interview
Interview process was great, the HR team is very responsive. Although I did not receive an offer, they followed up promptly and shared details around why I was not selected.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Nov 2022
Interview
In-Person First Round: 2 30min Case Interviews, pretty much strictly the case, though I did get briefly asked about my classes in one of the interviews as well. Pretty straightforward overall.
