Four rounds.
- Recruiter Screening
- Interview with manager
- Technical programming test, fairly easy not an algorithm test. Simply a test on basic programming and logic construction in a contrived situation
- They provided a prompt and I had to give a presentation after preparing for a day or so. I put quite a bit of effort into it.
Worst Talent Process. There was no proper communication regarding interviews. They rescheduled the interview multiple times. Interviewers no-shows. After two months of the interview process, all I receive is an automatic rejection from Greenhouse, and the internal recruiter and had absolutely zero decency and professionalism to even give feedback. Leadership needs to hire better Recruiters. While the company boasts great culture, the way that they treat their candidates shows the lack of professionalism. I'm not going to be surprised if this is how they treat everybody inside the company as well. A five-step process took two months, which is absolutely mind-boggling, and after virtual on-site, they do not even get back to you with why they rejected you.
Approached by the in-house recruiter
Deep dive on ai and pm exp with the recruiter.
Prompting assessment with an existing product manager
Final stage was a presentation to the team.
All round great process.
