recruited by manager, two phone interviews, presented to manager and staff against other candidates. A powerpoint presentation on my past experience and how it related to the position. After this there was just a reference check and offer submitted.

After completing the initial HR screening interview, the second interview was a panel interview with multiple sales managers and sales directors which included casual Q&A followed by a sales presentation of a product or service that I was selling at my then-current company. They were not concerned about becoming educated about my former place of work but used the exercise to determine my comfort level presenting to multiple decision makers in the room.

Interview
Met the hiring manager and this took place at a restaurant. After which he set up a meeting with the then director which was his boss and a specialist.Then did a online assessment. Afterwhich when i was expecting a offer I get a call to do a presentation to the office employees and then another call with the VP sales. Too many people and Nobody likes to take responsibility which is probably why the long process.
