Initial phone interview with head hunter. This was followed by 2 face-to-face interviews with Line Manager at London office. The interview was a blend of competency based and CV focussed questions. Standard questions such as motivation to join new role, reason for leaving previous job, relevant expereince, handling challenging situations in relation to stakeholders, employees etc.
