Three separate 2 hour interviews meeting with both of the hiring managers. They make you take a generic personality test before any 1:1 interview time. They then read the results graph and chart of that test while they interview you. So they are sitting there with a preconceived notion of who you already are from a ridiculous personality test. Let the judgements begin immediately! So you're digging yourself out of a hole before you even begin. They're pretty honest about their starting pay, which is not enough to survive in this area. If you previously made more money than they are offering in a prior job, they will be likely to dismiss you as a potential candidate out of fear you will leave 2 months into the job. They know their pay is below a living wage so they prey on people who have made no more than $12/hr their whole lives. They also expect you to be at work up to 30 minutes prior to the actual time you start getting paid at. Them selling you on the company will feel more like them selling you propaganda on joining their cult. A little unnerving.
