I didn't end up having an interview. I arrived at LexiMed and they were having issues with a burst pipe that was affecting the entire office. Not a great start to their Monday morning to be fair, and I was asked if I could give them half an hour to try and sort things out. I, of course, obliged. I waited outside for the half an hour, to then come back to the office. I was taken by Debbie for basically a two minute chat where she basically stated that I wasn't dressed professionally enough and requested that I go buy clothes and call back to arrange an alternative time that I can come in, once I am appropriate. I was so taken aback by the rudeness, and the implication that I wasn't putting in effort for the interview. I don't have much of a wardrobe yet when it comes to receptionist/business style clothing, as I haven't worked within that industry yet - but I turned up in the most professional outfit I do have, and it wasn't good enough.
I do not recommend going for an interview with this company - as the boss comes across as incredibly rude and discriminatory.
