Initial online test (long - essay, grammar checking etc). If selected, followed by an in-person interview with founder + manager which is easy and very straight-forward. Easy to convert at this point. But be very clear about expectations + salary

Question 1
Are you comfortable with researching articles and churning out fresh content regarding the same topics
I applied in-person. I interviewed at LexiConn Content Services (Mumbai) in May 2020
Interview
they dare to offer you a lesser package then what you are already drawing, imagine what they do in Kolkata. He would point out the inaccuracies made by you and try to beat down you to accept their crappy offering. They did not even pay even for an agreed freelancing piece. You would be better off to seek greener pasture else where than to waste your time.

Can you work on a lesser salary than your current package?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LexiConn Content Services (Andheri) in Jan 2016
Interview
Well, the interview was not at all intimidating. I felt at ease while talking to the CEO and the HR. Nowhere I was misguided or misinformed about any details. Everything was pretty transparent. After heading out, I felt confident I would get the offer. After few days I received the offer via email.
