First interview with office administrator and then interview with managing partner. They will then need to verify references and background check. Not for sure how other offices does their interview process. But it appears first interview is with just the office administrator. Both interviews were conducted by Zoom

What is your experience in the insurance defense field.
Applied online, filled out job application right before meeting with interviewer, met with office manager, lasted about 30 minutes, was told requirements for paralegals and asked questions about my previous positions.

Interview went well and they alluded to sending me an offer. Afterwards I did not hear from them even after I reached out. Seems that there process is slow.
