I applied through my college career center. A couple of weeks after submitting my resume, I had an on-campus interview with one of the global planning managers from the San Francisco office. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes. She followed a standard rubric provided to her which asked the basic resume questions, etc. After a couple of days, I was notified that they wanted me to come to the corporate headquarters in San Francisco for an on-site interview. There, I met with two of supply planning managers for an hour long interview. The environment was pretty casual but they were subtly asking questions. I received a rejection about a week later.
