      Analyst Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

I was contacted by a company recruiter for an open position they had. After speaking with the recruiter, I was told that he would speak with the hiring manager and get back to me. About 3 days later I received a call from the hiring manager out of the blue. The recruiter forgot to notify me that he arranged for a call with the hiring manager. I took the call, even though I wasn't prepared, and made the best of it. The next day I was contacted by the same recruiter and someone from HR asking me to complete an online application so that they could arrange for an onsite interview. A couple of day's later I received an interview invite, although they hadn't asked for my availability first. I wasn't going to be available the day and time they had arranged for the interview, which I relayed to them. They responded that the manager was flying in to meet with some candidates and would only be in town for 2 days, so we re-scheduled for the day after the original interview date. After some difficulty with my current employer, I was able to rearrange my schedule, so that I could attend the interview. The day of the interview I met with 5 different staff members and afterwards the recruiter walked me out and told me that they would contact me with any next steps. I never heard back from them. They reposted the same position that I was originally contacted about, so I assume that I wasn't selected. The process was disorganized or maybe it was just the recruiter that I was dealing with, but it left me with a bad impression of the company and of how they must treat their employees.
