Applied for the job through a posting on Craig's List. Also, dropped off a resume in-person in order to show my face. I was contacted and given a brief phone interview with the goal of determining why I wanted to work for Levi's. I was then invited for a 1:1 interview. This lasted about an hour and consisted of pretty typical questions. I was asked to fill out a background and reference check at the end of the interview. A few days later I was invited to a phone interview with the district manager. This was fairly brief and was mostly a review of my qualifications. Finally and offer was made. The whole process took about 3 weeks.

I was recruited by both the store manager and the district manager while working at Illuminations as a sales supervisor. The introduction to Stephen was very relaxed and comfortable.
