Screening phone call with HR then phone call with Medical Team to run through a sample patient phone call that I would have to do as a nurse. This outlined confirming the patient and discussing their results and the symptoms they had mentioned on their questionnaire.

The process was set up for four rounds, but I only got through two. Round 1 — Recruiter: We covered a quick company overview and the standard “Tell me about yourself.” The recruiter mentioned that the next round would touch on the tools I know and “some technical questions,” but gave no real details. Round 2 — Team interview: Two genuinely nice, friendly team members quizzed me on textbook SQL and asked me to share my screen to solve a problem—something I hadn’t been warned about. They’d said the take-home assignment would come later, so I hadn’t brushed up on basic SQL theory beforehand. Everyone I met seemed great, but my motivation dipped when I noticed the position reposted on LinkedIn; it feels like they’re still searching for that niche cultural fit.
