I chose not to proceed with the application because of their long, repetitive, and unprofessional hiring process.
The application form consists of repetitive open-ended questions, a multiple-choice language test (which itself has grammatical errors), and three questions that should be answered in 1-5 minute videos immediately after they are asked (similar to a real interview).
Yup, this is just the FIRST part of the assessment.
Once I passed, a representative reached out via email and gave a multi-part writing assessment: summarizing a blog post, making a "challenge", 10 fun facts, and ad copy for different locations, just a lot for an assessment. And again, it should be recorded. Everything can easily take a whole day to finish with proper research. But I think they expect everything to be done with AI so that it can be accomplished in 1 to 2 hours, although they only specified to use it for one of the parts.
They offered to answer questions, so I asked one. No response. The representative followed up on the assessment after a day, so I raised it again. No response.
