First, telephone call. Then, online interview with HR. Finally, online interview with department head.
They were very kind and thoughtful, it was a great experience. Although I didn't get the job, I felt they were really caring and gave honest feedback.

They asked for a brief life summary and also asked for personal preferences. They wanted to understand my trajectory and motivations. Then, we went in more detail with the professional experience, skills and qualifications.
