Was conducted over video conference calls. First with HR located in Europe and the 2nd was supervisor on location. Was relaxed, comfortable and welcoming. These two interactions typically are covered within two weeks however if a boat show underway expect longer times. Didn't receive any communication after second interview which went well, assuming they went with a different hire.
