Leonardo Worldwide interview questions

I spoke to three different people for the interview process. The interviews were difficult, but I honestly feel like it was deeply unnecessary. Their rejection email was very vague and cold and not personalized at all. But that's not the issue here.. the issue was my last interview. She made a comment about my experience and how every job is no longer than 2-3 years. I explained to her the reason for my departure in every job and she still made it a problem. I really don't need to explain, if a job isn't serving my needs anymore or I was laid off, how does that reflect the kind of candidate I am? She of course used that to reject me in the end. Given what I know about them now, I would never want to work for them anyway.
