The interview was conducted virtually and the process was straightforward, precise, and easy to follow. I applied through a referral and was contacted by HR within a week. The HR representative clearly explained the role, the interview steps, and what the company was looking for, and she answered my questions in detail. A few days later, I was asked to provide my availability for the interview. Once I did, I was scheduled for a 3.5-hour "one-and-done" interview, although it ran longer. I was assigned a topic to prepare a presentation on why I would be a good fit for the role. The first 30 minutes were spent on the presentation, followed by three 45-minute interviews. I had the opportunity to meet some great and talented individuals. Steve Roehm, my hiring manager, stood out as being unique and approachable. He encouraged me to ask him and his counterpart questions, turning it into a two-way interview for 45 minutes, which I really enjoyed. The final 30 minutes were with the head of HR, who provided details about the benefits and asked some behavioral questions.
