The decision
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lenta RU in Feb 2021
Interview
HR-interview and tech-interview goes one after another without a break. In general it could be a good idea, but... At the HR-interview I was asked typical general questions like "Why did you leave the last work" and "What did you do in previous companies which makes you proud of yourself" and so one. And at the next tech-interview 10 minutes later CTO asked me exactly the same questions. And tech-team reps asked such questions that it was obvious they did read my resume. It looked like a real mess in a hiring process.

Question 1
Theoretical Python related questions: what is generators, decorators, mutable/immutable types and so on.
After that I was asked to write a string reversing function. Sooo freaking creative task for a team lead position.
