Interview
Spoke with the managing doctor and the GM. Natural conversations about past experience, people skills, organizational skills, the nature of the work. It is a people job, so the interview is about finding a personality fit, determining the presentation and reliability of the interviewee, and measuring whether their skills are a good match for the work.
Asked me no questions about my prior work experience. Only wanted to know how many hours I was looking to work. They were looking for a body to fill a position.
Very lovely quick in person meeting and tour of the store. Enjoyed getting to see how the store operates. It was great getting a sense of team dynamics and such.
