I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LensCrafters
Interview
I was interviewed in the food court of the mall. It was hectic and loud and akward. I could hardly hear or focus on questions and answers. I was uncomfortable with the entire food court open to watching me get interviewed. I got the job in the end but didn't stay long as I gave notice of leaving within a year. Thete were standard interview questions asked and I provided answers accordinly.
